Jeff Domenick

Jeff Domenick

Founder and CEO

Jeff Domenick is a well-respected and experienced leader in the landscape industry, with a career spanning over 25 years. Jeff’s leadership and industry experience have been instrumental in the acquisition, integration, and assimilation of six market-leading companies to establish KeyServ’s platform.

Before founding KeyServ Company, Jeff led the Mountain West Division of SiteOne Landscape Supply, where he transformed the region with the acquisition and integration of eleven family-owned companies and achieved strong year-over-year organic growth. Jeff has also held leadership positions with leading design/build and maintenance firms, and industry manufacturing companies.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jeff is also committed to giving back to his community. He volunteers as a mentor with Florida’s Take Stock In Children program, which provides either a four-year scholarship to a school within the Florida University System or a qualified technical/trade school when the student successfully completes the program.

When he’s not busy leading KeyServ Company or volunteering, Jeff enjoys captaining his boat and spending time with his wife and two kids in Northern Florida.

Jay Hermoyian

Jake Lachapelle

Director of Finance

Jake brings a wealth of experience in accounting, financial planning, and reporting, making him a valuable addition to the KeyServ team. Prior to joining KeyServ, Jake served as a leader in accounting, financial planning and reporting at One Eighty Capital, a Chicago based private equity firm. Jake was a Plant Controller for three of Eaton’s B-Line manufacturing facilities located in the Midwest. He has a background in public accounting and is a former United States Marine who proudly served in Helmand Province Afghanistan with Third Battalion First Marines. When not working, Jake enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Larry Jones

Sr. Manager Human Resources

Larry joined KeyServ Company while it was still in its infancy and has helped it grow to where it is today. Larry’s role has been to integrate all of the KeyServ brands into a new single HRIS. This includes payroll, insurance, recruiting and onboarding.

Prior to his current position with KeyServ Company, Larry came from the Detroit metropolitan area and has worked for both Tier 1 and Tier II automotive suppliers for over 30 years. Larry’s experience is in operations management, accounting, and human resources.

During his free time, Larry enjoys traveling to see family in Michigan and spending time with his new granddaughter.

Mike Shreiber

Mike Schreiber

VP of Sales & Operations

Mike Schreiber joined KeyServ Company in 2023, building upon a foundation of landscape and green industry career experience beginning in 1993. Mike leads and optimizes our sales and operations functions, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and driving sustainable growth across the designated territories.

Prior to joining KeyServ Company, Mike managed NDS Inc.’s core residential-stormwater product line for eight years where he drove consistent double-digit annual organic category growth through product innovation, targeted marketing, channel expansion, and extensive key-influencer training and development efforts. Mike is a Professional Landscape Architect and also held positions in territory sales, regulatory management, and environmental services.

Mike takes time to give back to the community through years of service with local Rotary Clubs, volunteering with his daughter’s Girls Scouts of America Troop, and local churches. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters and supporting their many pursuits in South-Central Pennsylvania.

Tony D’Alessandro

Director of Technology & Integrations

Tony D’Alessandro is the Director of Technology and Integrations at Keyserv Company, a leading landscaping and maintenance organization. With a lifelong connection to the landscaping industry and a passion for leveraging technology, Tony has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success.

Tony’s journey in the landscaping industry began at a young age, inspired by his family’s business. He developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and importance of well-maintained outdoor spaces. Recognizing the transformative potential of technology in the field, Tony made it his mission to integrate cutting-edge innovations into the world of landscaping.
In 2003, Tony founded DalaCasa Landscape Management, a venture that started as a small-scale operation and quickly grew under his leadership. Leveraging his expertise in landscaping and his entrepreneurial spirit, Tony successfully expanded the company’s services from traditional landscaping to encompass comprehensive maintenance solutions.

Following DalaCasa’s acquisition by the Keyserv Company in 2021, Tony assumed the role of Director of Technology and Integrations. In this capacity, he spearheads the company’s technological advancements, ensuring the seamless integration of innovative tools and solutions. Tony’s expertise also extends to bringing in new acquisitions into the company’s technology systems, facilitating a cohesive and efficient operation. His vision and forward-thinking approach have enabled Keyserv Company to stay at the forefront of the industry, consistently delivering exceptional results to clients.

In his spare time, Tony enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two kids. He has a passion for outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, four-wheeling, and golfing. These pursuits allow him to find inspiration and rejuvenation, further fueling his drive to create remarkable outdoor spaces.

Stuart Trowbridge

Operating Partner – Alabama Operations

Stuart Trowbridge oversees the daily operations of Quality Creative Landscaping in Birmingham and Huntsville, ensuring efficiencies while consistently maximizing productivity and profitability. Stuart’s valuable operational experience will be a cornerstone in advancing the KeyServ family of companies to leadership positions in their respective markets.

As CEO of Quality Creative Landscaping in Alabama prior to their joining the KeyServ family in 2023, Stuart developed and implemented effective strategic business and operational plans that grew total revenue by 500% over 10 years. Stuart’s background as a Professional Landscape Architect and leadership through operational excellence, quality, efficiency, service and safety was fundamental to QCL earning the Subcontractors Association of Alabama’s Business of the Year honors in 2019, and Birmingham Business Journal’s Best Places to work in 2021.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Stuart supports the regional chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and volunteers for Birmingham’s Smile-a-Mile program. Stuart enjoys coaching his two sons’ youth baseball teams, spending time outdoors and travelling with his wife and sons.

Peter Black

Peter Black

Operating Partner – Central FL Operations

Peter Black, founder of Blue Bell, grew up on Merritt Island and started the business with one mower and a goal to offer top-quality service and excellent communication. He found he had a passion for taking a landscape vision in his mind and turning it into reality for the benefit of local homeowners and businesses.

Peter has grown Blue Bell for twenty-plus years by applying the same principles of quality work and customer service. Despite hard work and long hours, Peter has raised his family on the shores of the Banana River where he grew up and still lives. They enjoy boating, snorkeling, fishing, and tubing on his home waters.  Pete is also an avid fisherman for both offshore and inshore species. He is equally passionate about both but family is his first priority.

“I’ve been very blessed to have a loving, supportive wife and family”, said Pete. “My employees and coworkers also get some credit as they are the backbone of Blue Bell and without them, we would not be where we are today.”

Operating Partner – Charlotte Operations

Peter R Casatelli is an accomplished Landscape Professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. In 2003, he founded DalaCasa Landscape Management, a highly successful landscaping and maintenance company that became synonymous with quality and creativity in the Charlotte Metropolitan area. With a hands-on approach, Peter efficiently handled the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional results.

In 2021, DalaCasa Landscape Management was acquired by KeyServ as one cornerstone laid to build the new company. Peter seamlessly transitioned into the role of Director of Operations for the Charlotte Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) at Keyserv Company. Leveraging his extensive experience and passion for the landscaping industry, Peter now oversees and manages operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the creation of captivating outdoor spaces for clients.

When he’s not overseeing his work family, Peter enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. They embark on exciting adventures, such as boating, 4-wheeling, and traveling to new destinations. These experiences not only provide cherished family memories but also serve as a source of inspiration for Peter’s creative work in the landscaping industry.
