Jeff Domenick

Founder and CEO

Jeff Domenick is a well-respected and experienced leader in the landscape industry, with a career spanning over 25 years. Jeff’s leadership and industry experience have been instrumental in the acquisition, integration, and assimilation of six market-leading companies to establish KeyServ’s platform.

Before founding KeyServ Company, Jeff led the Mountain West Division of SiteOne Landscape Supply, where he transformed the region with the acquisition and integration of eleven family-owned companies and achieved strong year-over-year organic growth. Jeff has also held leadership positions with leading design/build and maintenance firms, and industry manufacturing companies.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jeff is also committed to giving back to his community. He volunteers as a mentor with Florida’s Take Stock In Children program, which provides either a four-year scholarship to a school within the Florida University System or a qualified technical/trade school when the student successfully completes the program.

When he’s not busy leading KeyServ Company or volunteering, Jeff enjoys captaining his boat and spending time with his wife and two kids in Northern Florida.

Jake Lachapelle

VP of Finance

Jake brings a wealth of experience in accounting, financial planning, and reporting, making him a valuable addition to the KeyServ team. Prior to joining KeyServ, Jake served as a leader in accounting, financial planning and reporting at One Eighty Capital, a Chicago based private equity firm. Jake was a Plant Controller for three of Eaton’s B-Line manufacturing facilities located in the Midwest. He has a background in public accounting and is a former United States Marine who proudly served in Helmand Province Afghanistan with Third Battalion First Marines. When not working, Jake enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Taylor Kelly

VP of Human Resources

Taylor Kelly is an accomplished people and culture executive with deep experience scaling organizations through periods of growth and transformation. Most recently, she served as Head of HR at Scrum Alliance, where she led a comprehensive people strategy resulting in record-high employee engagement, industry-leading retention, and award-winning culture initiatives.

Taylor has previously modernized HR functions at ASCAP, a 100-year-old, billion-dollar organization with over 500 employees, and was the founding HR leader for a multi-site urgent care organization that scaled from 50 to more than 1,300 employees in less than four years. She brings a data-driven, pragmatic, and people-centered approach to building high-performing teams and scalable people systems.

MATT GROGAN

Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations

Matt Grogan has extensive experience leading sales and operations organizations across various service-based businesses. He has a proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams. Matt is responsible for all KeyServ sales and operational functions across our markets.

He is adept at team building, integration, customer relationship management, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales performance. Matt will contribute to KeyServ’s long-term success by applying his extensive experience in sales-strategy execution, metrics management, and customer experience.

Matt lives in Athens, GA, with his wife and children. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Horticulture, Matt began his career running a local landscape business. In his spare time, Matt enjoys camping with his family, playing music, and gardening.

Mike Schreiber

VP of Marketing & Customer Experience

Mike Schreiber joined KeyServ Company in 2023, building upon a foundation of landscape and green industry career experience beginning in 1993. Mike leads and optimizes our marketing and customer experience efforts, ensuring seamless customer acquisition and retention to drive scalable, sustained growth.

Prior to joining KeyServ Company, Mike managed NDS Inc.’s core residential-stormwater product line for eight years where he drove consistent double-digit annual organic category growth through product innovation, targeted marketing, channel expansion, and extensive key-influencer training and development efforts. Mike is a Professional Landscape Architect and also held positions in territory sales, regulatory management, and environmental services.

Mike takes time to give back to the community through years of service with local Rotary Clubs, volunteering with his daughter’s Girls Scouts of America Troop, and local churches. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters and supporting their many pursuits in South-Central Pennsylvania

Vanneza stubbs

Branch Manager, Trim All Lawn Service

Vanneza Stubbs brings over 20 years of experience in the landscape and horticulture industry to her role as Branch Manager at Trim All Lawn Service in Fernandina Beach, Florida. A University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture and a minor in Business, Vanneza has deep roots in Nassau County, having built her career through roles as Crew Leader, Account Manager, and Business Developer with local nurseries and landscape companies.

A dedicated community leader, Vanneza serves on the board of Conserve Nassau and was recently appointed by the Nassau County Commissioners to the Nassau County Amelia Island Tree Commission, where she helps shape policy on protected trees and development standards. She is also an active member of her local Chamber of Commerce.

Vanneza is currently preparing to sit for her ISA Arborist Exam, with plans to complete her certification by 2027. Outside of work, she enjoys salsa and contemporary dancing, swimming in Florida’s springs, and weekend adventures with her kids.

MILES DUNCAN

Regional VP of Construction, Quality Creative Landscaping

Miles Duncan brings over 10 years of experience leading commercial, industrial, and institutional landscape construction projects nationwide to his role as Regional Vice President of Construction at Quality Creative Landscaping, a KeyServ Company based in Birmingham, Alabama. A proven leader in process development, Miles has built a track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and on budget for national and regional clients while managing extensive subcontractor networks and cross-functional teams.

Known for his focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in high-pressure environments, Miles joined Quality Creative Landscaping in 2026 to help accelerate KeyServ’s growth strategy across Alabama and the broader Southeast region. His appointment reflects KeyServ’s commitment to strengthening its core leadership as the company continues to expand its residential and commercial operations.

Miles oversees all landscape construction operations in Alabama, working closely with field teams and company leadership to uphold the high standards of craftsmanship and client service that Quality Creative Landscaping is known for throughout the Birmingham metro area and beyond.
