Fernandina Beach, FL, Dec 9, 2025 – Trim All Lawn Service, a KeyServ Company, is pleased to announce that local horticulturalist and community contributor, Vanneza Stubbs, has joined the team as Branch Manager in our Fernandina Beach, FL location. She will oversee daily operations, finances, and lead the team with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.
“I’m excited to join this team and feel honored to represent Trim All in my hometown,” Vanneza shared.
Vanneza joins us with over 20 years of experience in the landscape and horticulture industry, with deep roots in Fernandina Beach, Florida. After moving to Florida as a teenager, she quickly discovered her passion for plants and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture with a minor in Business from the University of Florida.
Throughout her career, Vanneza has worked with several local nurseries and landscape maintenance companies in roles including Crew Leader, Account Manager, and Business Developer. She also ran her own small design-and-install business while raising her young family—an experience that honed her leadership and flexibility. Now that her children are school-aged, she’s eager to dive back into the industry she loves.
A strong believer in community involvement and professional networking, Vanneza is active in her local Chamber of Commerce, where she’s built lasting partnerships with fellow contractors and business professionals. Her civic engagement includes serving on the board of Conserve Nassau, addressing flooding and redevelopment issues, and speaking regularly at city planning meetings. Recently, she was appointed by the Nassau County Commissioners to the Nassau County Amelia Island Tree Commission, where she helps shape policy on protected trees and development standards.
Vanneza is currently preparing to sit for her ISA Arborist Exam, with plans to complete her certification by 2027. Outside of work, you’ll find her salsa or contemporary dancing, swimming in Florida’s beautiful springs, or taking her kids on weekend adventures.
